Open Tender for the Appointment of Managing Agent for Wessex Estate and Rochester Park Phase 1

In support of the one-north vision, JTC Corporation was appointed as the master tenant for Wessex Estate and Rochester Park Phase 1. As part of the development plan for these two sites, JTC Corporation will be leasing out the Black & White bungalows, semi-detached houses and walk-up apartments on these sites for residential and commercial uses. In conjunction with this, JTC Corporation is inviting managing agents to submit their tender to manage and maintain all properties on the sites via an open tender.

The tender will be advertised in GEBIZ and tenderers are required to submit their tenders through GEBIZ. Furthermore, there will be a compulsory site showround. Tenderers are advised to refer to the tender posting in GEBIZ for the authoritative source of information on the tender and the details of the site showround.
