Integrated Business Hotel Development @ Vista Xchange

As part of mixed-use development in one-north, JTC is inviting interested companies to participate in an integrated business hotel development in one-north. To facilitate such a total development concept, the 4,000-sqm business hotel site comes with an adjacent 0.89-hectare white site, called the 'South Park Quadrant', in the Request For Proposal. Interested parties may collect the "Request For Proposal" (RFP) package from 29 Sep 2004, 12.00 noon onwards at:
