Biopolis Phase 2 Request for Proposal to Build, Own and Operate

JTC Corporation, the master developer for one-north, is inviting proposals to build, own and operate Biopolis Phase 2: a multi-tenanted biomedical research facility. With the growing demand for biomedical space, JTC hopes to engage private sector participation for the development of the Biopolis Phase 2. The proposed development is located south of Biopolis Phase 1. It comprises of two multi-tenanted research buildings with a gross floor area of more than 37,000sqm. Targeted mainly at private biomedical research activities, the Biopolis Phase 2 shall be purpose-designed to provide an integrated environment to motivate biotech interests as well as to spur the progress of private incubator companies.
