Wessex Estate is located at the south-east corner of one-north. Spanning an area of 27.9 hectares, Wessex is situated to the south of Biopolis and to the west of Queenstown New Town. The KTM railway line traces its boundary at the eastern edge with Portsdown Road that stretches along its western edge.

| From Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), take Exit 7B (Portsdown Road) to reach Wessex Estate through Portsdown Road. And from North Buona Vista Road, travel along the side of the road where the Ministry of Education and Civil Service College are located until the Portsdown Road junction. |
