Located in the heart of one-north, this condominium site provides a unique experience where city living and serenity co-exist in perfect harmony. This place is within walking distance to one-norths MRT station and Fusionopolis 1 where exciting amenities such as restaurants, theatres, fitness centres and retail shops are located. The site was launched in early 2005 via Request for Proposal (RFP), to provide an opportunity for developers to try out non-conventional housing developments in one-north. The site was awarded in September 2005 to a consortium of United Overseas Land (UOL), Kheng Leong Company and Low Keng Huat to develop the first condominium at one-north. This condominium of about 405 units is expected to be completed by 2009. The units were launched in Mar 2007 for sale.
